Overall Job Purpose
The primary function of this position is to receive completed pick slips from designated warehouse staff. This includes accurately entering equipment data into the database for job stock allocation, receiving stock, and filing the relevant pick slips post-processing. Additionally, the role involves posting stock receipts in the ERP system and updating the Goods Received Voucher (GRV) register. The individual will also assist with stocktaking at month-end and perform other duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily execution of all pick slips.
- Process stock receipts on a daily basis.
- Organize and file paperwork in accordance with the pick slip register.
- Manage stock reduction.
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse administration area.

Requirements:
- Matriculation / Grade 12 certification.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
