About the YES Programme
We’ve partnered with the Youth Employment Services (YES) initiative to support the development of young South Africans by offering 12-months of structured work experience.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or seeking your first work opportunity, this is your chance to gain invaluable industry exposure at one of the world’s leading automotive companies.
Programme Duration: 12 Months
Locations: Centurion & East London

Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for motivated, driven, and eager-to-learn young South Africans who meet the following criteria:
Aged 18 – 29 years old
Unemployed, with no prior YES participation
Hold at least a Grade 12 certificate (Tertiary qualifications are a plus)
Fluent in English and computer literate
Clear criminal record
No previous work experience required — just your enthusiasm and potential.
