Duties & Responsibilities
Job Objectives:
- To carry out all point of sale operational activities promptly and effectively.
- To maintain a high level of accuracy in scanning items and processing payments, including managing clubcard rewards.
- To ensure cash is handled securely at all times.
- To actively promote the Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
- To inform customers about ongoing promotions to enhance sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”
- To provide exceptional customer service by serving as a brand ambassador, being approachable, and delivering friendly and professional assistance.
- To execute and uphold all merchandising and housekeeping tasks in line with store and visual merchandising standards.
- To support the Group’s vision of being the preferred health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting the company values.
- To stay informed about products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers consistently.
Knowledge:
- Basic mathematical skills
- Experience in retail/FMCG and an understanding of merchandising and promotional strategies
