The Role

- Contracts & Commercial Agreements: Aid in the review, drafting, and monitoring of agreements with suppliers, distributors, and tenders.
- Tenders & Supply Contracts: Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and commercial proposals in multiple regions.
- Bid & Proposal Assistance: Contribute to the development of bids and proposals, ensuring they are accurate and comprehensive.
- Price File Management: Keep pricing files for international markets up to date, ensuring consistency and precision.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create reports on sales, tenders, contract performance, and emerging opportunities.
- International Travel & Visas: Organize travel logistics, including flights and visa arrangements for global business activities.
- Stock Control & Supply Coordination: Support inventory management, communicate with suppliers, and ensure efficient logistics.
