We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Agent (Field) x 4 to be based in KwaZulu Natal. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly targets and all other targets related to increasing the mobile customer base.  Understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.  Represent the brand professionally and positively.

Responsibilities for the Brand:

• Customer Support: Provide assistance to clients in opening accounts and addressing all inquiries related to betting.
• Enhance daily sales and activations by effectively demonstrating and explaining mobile products, usage techniques, and services to encourage punters to purchase offerings or utilize our services.
• Implement mobile marketing initiatives aimed at boosting sales and acquiring new online accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report daily progress to management.
• Promote the mobile brand effectively.
• Organize and set up displays at various outlets, events, and promotions to capture the interest of both potential and existing punters.
• Aid customers in submitting the necessary FICA documents when establishing a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID).
• Ensure that new customers utilize the sign-up bonus for betting upon account creation and guide them on how to place bets using mobile applications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to foster a positive impression among customers.
• Oversee the proper management, safekeeping, and upkeep of all mobile equipment.
• Complete weekly training modules on Moodle, bet strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
• May be required to travel between branches and stores based on operational needs.
• Perform any other related tasks as required by the business.
